Need help with Sumnetic?
For help with gameplay, purchases, privacy, crashes, or App Store questions, email us and include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.
Restore purchases
If the app includes paid access, use the Restore Purchases option in the app settings while signed into the same Apple ID.
Game Center
Leaderboards and achievements require Game Center. If they do not appear, check iOS Settings and confirm Game Center is enabled.
Reset progress
You can clear local scores, streaks, and mastery from Sumnetic settings. This only affects progress stored on the device.
